Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Employee Relations:
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, providing guidance and resolving conflicts.
Conduct exit interviews and offboarding.
Organize HR activities, programs and initiatives.
Performance Management:
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems.
HR Compliance and Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, personal files, and leave management.
Prepare and manage HR-related documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and disciplinary actions.
Manage company belongings assigned to employees, such as uniform, name tag, medical card, etc.
Coordinate with panel clinics in administering medical claims and invoices in accordance with HR policies and procedures.
Prepare, update and maintain HR department's summary and periodic reports.
Ensure staff database and staff correspondence are properly updated and filing.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave entitlements, and other benefits.
Liaise with relevant government bodies (i.e. KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRDF) regarding monthly statutory submission.
Office and Hostel Administration:
Oversee office maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
Implement and enhance office policies and procedures for optimal efficiency.
Responsible for workers' hostel / accommodation management & administration which includes but not limited to tenancy administration, house rules enforcement, maintenance, utilities bill administration, regular inspections, hygiene & cleanliness.
Responsible for office Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) matters and being focal person for all emergency response and preparedness procedures.
Perform any other relevant duties of the company as and when required.
