Minimum 2 years(s) of working experience in HR/ Administration or related field.
Proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Prefer Mandarin speaking candidates (SPEAK, READ and WRITE in MANDARIN.)
Knowledge of human resource, recruitment methods and techniques.
Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word, SQL) with good writing skills.
Possess logical thinking and creativity, organized, careful, can communicate well with others.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the full cycle recruitment process, including developing and implementing recruitment strategies, initiating sourcing channels, pre-screening & assessing, facilitating the interview, selection as well as the negotiation of offer process.
Perform attendance checking & payroll monthly. Ensure payroll payout is on time and provide summary salary report to the account department.
Manage all statuary calculation & payment, on time, like HRDF, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, TAX, etc.
Accountable for HR matters (staff attendance, over time, leave, staff claims, employee handbooks, resignation, transition, disciplinary action, warning letters to employee etc.)
Coordinate with HOD to recommend and schedule appropriate training and development program.
Administer course registration, training grants and applications.
Maintain and upkeeping of all employees\' records/ personal files to ensure proper documentations.
Handling the other administrative work such as office maintenance, payment of utilities every month and office refreshment
To handle systematic filling system, safe keeping of private and confidential documents
Building/Maintaining employee & company relationship
Perform any other ad-hoc task assigned by the management from time to time.
