Manage end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee relations).
Oversee finance activities including accounts, reporting, budgeting, and statutory compliance.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, taxation, and accounting standards.
Support office administration, vendor management, and ad hoc projects.
Provide HR and Finance support for both Johor and KL offices.
Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or Business Administration.
4-8 years' experience in HR and Finance roles.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour law, accounting, and tax compliance.
Hands-on, independent, and able to handle multi-site responsibilities.
Good leadership and communication skills, with potential to grow into a full Manager role.
