IT Intern Job Summary : Responsible for support office automation and develop internal system for the company operation for Malaysia office to improve process. :

  • Involve in the creation automated workflow for office administration process
  • Prepare manual Guidebook related to the administration process and Company policy for the staff reference
Skills and qualification :
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in IT/Computer Science and any equivalent
  • Basic programming knowledge, web scripting, workflow programming
  • Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work environment
  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

Finance Intern Job Summary : Assisting Finance Manager with the preparation of reporting matters and agreements :
  • Preparation and housekeeping on loan agreement for all NEFIN regions
  • Assisting on preparation of company secretarial matters
  • Ad-hoc matters
Skills and qualification :
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accountancy, Finance and any equivalent
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work environment
  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

HR Intern Job Summary : HR Interns\xe2\x80\x99 responsibilities include updating employee records with new hire information, screening resumes and scheduling interviews, assist in organizing and coordinating HR policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities :
  • Screen resumes and application forms
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
  • Post, update and remove job ads from recruitment platforms and social networks
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed
  • Review and distribute company policies in digital format and/ or hard copies
  • Participate in organizing company events and career days
  • Update internal databases with employee information
  • Provide other additional HR administrative support
Skills and Qualifications :
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource or equivalent
  • Skillful in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication ability and interpersonal skills
