Eve M Solution is a HR consultancy firm and a Training Provider. We provide variety of HR services and now we expand to offering HR trainings.
Location: Remote, sometime need to visit client office
Working Hour: 9.00am to 5.00pm (Mon to Fri)
Job Scope:
1. Training Material Development:
- Assist in the prepare HR topic training slides for presentations.
- Ensure the training content is aligned with the objectives and the audience's needs.
- Create poster and content to advertise training session.
2. HRDC Program Submission:

Prepare and submit training programs to the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC) following all necessary guidelines and compliance requirements.

Maintain records and documentation of submitted programs for future reference.
3. HR Generalist
- Process HR paperworks (eg, LOA, general letters, showcause letter, warning letter) required by clients
- Assist in drafting employee handbook according to client requirement
- Upkeep HR documents in google drive
4. Payroll
- Process client payroll (approx 300 hc)
- Check timesheet, calculate OT, allowance, etc
- Prepare payroll report on time before each client's deadline
- Ensure 99% accuracy of the payroll transaction
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business or relevant field.
Proficiency in both English, Malay.
Interested in learning & development and HR generalist
Good attitude when liaise with client
Have common sense when working in HR position
Current intern position do not provide laptop, candidate must have own laptop to work.
