We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Generalist to handle day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training coordination, and disciplinary matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Handle employee relations, attendance, and leave management.
Support monthly payroll and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Coordinate training programs and HRDF claims.
Manage disciplinary issues, minor misconduct cases, and employee counseling.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in performance appraisal exercises and HR reporting.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
1-2 years of HR experience preferred.
Good knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
