The HR Generalist plays a key role in delivering comprehensive HR services and support across the employee lifecycle. This role involves handling recruitment, HR administration, employee relations, payroll support, training coordination, and fostering employee engagement. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate full-cycle recruitment: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters.
HR Administration & Compliance
Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records (both physical and digital).
Draft HR letters such as confirmation, transfer, warning, and resignation acceptance letters.
Asset Management
Maintain records of company assets issued to employees (e.g., laptops, access cards, phones).
Coordinate asset issuance during onboarding and collection during offboarding.
Track asset movements and update the asset register regularly.
Payroll & Benefits
Verify attendance, overtime, and leave records for payroll processing.
Administer employee benefits, including medical, insurance, and statutory contributions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
Performance Management & Development
Assist in monitoring performance improvement plans and KPIs.
Organize training programs and maintain training records.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement programs and company events.
Promote initiatives that enhance employee morale and workplace culture.
Support the implementation of employee satisfaction surveys and action plans.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
Sound understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
