About The Position As the HR Generalist , you will play a key role in helping us grow The Gang\'s studio in Malaysia, Common Extract. You will have the chance to help with capturing new talent by leading an effective recruitment process. You\'ll be responsible for people-related tasks and activities in the Malaysia studio, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, onboarding, and more. You will work alongside the wider HR team, but will be the first HR member in the Malaysian studio. You get to be a part of our continuing growth journey! Work time: Full time Company language: English Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruitment processes in different areas such as game development and business development. Facilitate interview process, hiring decisions, and offer negotiations, when needed to ensure a high-quality candidate experience Implementing employer branding initiatives to strengthen candidate pipelines and diversity Supporting top management in decision-making related to people management Providing advice on local employment legislation and keeping up-to-date with employment law Create and deliver onboarding programs for new employees, and provide training and development opportunities for existing employees Maintain employee records, prepare HR reports, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations Who You Are Outstanding written and spoken English language skills Prior professional experience as a Recruiter, HR Generalist, or similar role Understanding social-networking sites for sourcing (job boards, sourcing platforms). Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably TeamTailor, and other recruitment tools. Excellent time and project management skills. You have practical experience in managing multiple tasks and various open positions simultaneously. Working knowledge of IT and software packages. Ability to stay up-to-date on HR trends and regulations Knowledge of the gaming industry is strongly preferred, but not required. Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred, but equivalent experience is equally considered. Based in Malaysia.
