to support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, employee relations, and HR administration. This position will park under Business Development Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documents.
Support payroll preparation and staff claims.
Handle attendance and leave records.
Assist in organizing training and employee engagement activities.
Support HR policies, disciplinary matters, and other HR tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
1-2 years of HR experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
