Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources , Psychology, Business or any related fields
Possess high level of integrity, initiative, commitment and sense of urgency

ResponsibilitiesThe Mission You Will Take on - What You Will Do
Fully support HRBP to ensure monthly task run smoothly
Perform timely and accurate payroll administration & submit general HR Report (attendance, leave, claim etc.)
Ensure all the procedure and practice compliance with employment laws and HR policies
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including new hire paperwork, exit interviews and necessary documentation
Serve as a point of contact for employee and support employee relations by addressing inquiries and concerns
Assist in HR policy development and implementation
Provide support and implement employee engagement/HR initiatives and activities
Assist and support Learning & Development operations(e.g. data analytics for L&D reporting, training needs analysis, e-learning portal, in-house & external training and HRDC management and Talent Management or any learning initiative)
Liaise with training providers, source courses/trainers based on training needs
Process documentation for HRDC training grant applications, claims and payments
Assist to compile data and prepare training/learning reports
Handle daily office administration
Other ad-hoc tasks related to HR and Administrations
