List of Responsibilities: Ensure full compliance of background checks and employee eligibility verifications through 3rd party service provider Facilitate onboarding and probationary review/feedback process ensuring strong culture and job assimilation Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute end to end HR process/programs including but not limited to administration of staff movements (offer of employment/relocation/resignation/termination of service), compensation, benefits, leave management, training and development etc When necessary, facilitates recruitment process, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees and managers, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to t he appropriate stakeholders Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (at countries where DUG\'s maintain its international offices, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
