Position OverviewEmerhub is a business consulting firm with different branches in Asia (Indonesia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Philippines, Pakistan). We do accompany our clients and lower entry barriers in growing market. Our expertise makes Emerhub the investment partner of companies and individuals willing to develop or reallocate activities in Asia.Our company is looking for an HR Generalist to join our team in our Kuala Lumpur office. The position will run the daily functions of the HRGA department including office facility, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.Responsibilities:

  • Manage the HR operations that cover employee documentation, industrial relations, external relations, etc.
  • Assist the Global HR and Branch Manager to participate and coordinate with management in relation to all human resources management and labor law activities
  • Have good knowledge of HR Pillars ( Planning, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Training & Development, retaining).
  • Assist in training processes and facilitating the Trainings
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Accuracy in managing the company\'s assets and inventory.
  • Create a monthly budget for HRGA department necessities.
  • Execute HR Monthly report to the HR Global
  • Execute and socialise KPI setting
  • Have knowledge in business process
  • Contribute for monthly HR newsletter
  • Preparing attendance report monthly & Managing payroll
  • Maintain employee records (attendance) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the HR & GA tasks.
  • Representing the company to attend official invitations from government.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in administration, Law, Psychology or Human Resources Management background.
  • Min 3 years in HR, Strong background as a Generalist.
  • Strong in administration and details.
  • Good In English & communication.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Familiar working with Google.
  • Familiar to Malaysia Labor Law.
  • Can ASAP.
