What You'll Do
Drive the full talent acquisition process by creating smart hiring strategies, attracting skilled professionals, and ensuring every new hire fits both the role and the company culture.
Collaborate with leaders to set clear expectations and goals, ensuring every new hire starts their journey with purpose, clarity, and connection.
Implement effective performance management systems that encourage growth, accountability, and recognition.
Guide managers and employees through goal setting and constructive feedback, using performance data to identify strengths, close gaps, and elevate overall productivity.
Manage payroll, incentives, and benefits efficiently while maintaining full compliance with statutory requirements. Keep employees informed and confident about how their contributions are rewarded.
Uphold labour laws, ethical standards, and company policies while fostering a positive, respectful, and compliant workplace culture.
Proactively review policies to stay aligned with legal and business changes.
Manage smooth and professional exit processes that reflect respect and appreciation for outgoing employees. Conduct insightful exit interviews to understand turnover patterns and improve retention strategies.
Maintain relationships with former employees through an active alumni network that strengthens the organizations reputation.
Present clear and actionable insights to leadership, using data to refine HR strategies, improve employee experiences, and support the organizations long-term success.
Qualifications &
Experience
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
7 to 8 years of progressive HR experience with exposure to the full employee life cycle.
Must be able to communicate effectively in Chinese (both written and verbal)
Strong knowledge of Malaysia Labour laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment.
