About the role We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong focus on data analysis on regional payroll, compensation and rewards to join our dynamic team. As a HR Generalist, you will be working with the regional HR team and different business stakeholders across our 4 countries (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, India) and play a crucial role in making Igloo become a better place to work. Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth regional HR data analytics to inform decision-making processes.
  • Support the compensation and benefits structures for effectiveness.
  • Oversee regional payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support HR operations, projects and office administration matters for Singapore team and other regions
  • Manage ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) administration with precision.
  • Contribute to HR projects tailored for the APAC regions, ensuring successful execution.
  • Ensure that the HR processes are in compliance and updated regularly with government law and regulations.
  • Execute HR strategies to meet with Igloos business and workforce dynamics.
  • Be a Champion of Igloos company vision, mission and values, and formulate these into strategic HR policies and operational employee guidelines.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of HR operational / Hr Generalist experience, preferably from a technology company and has experience across different/ couple of HR functions.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritize work according to business needs.
  • Knowledge of the local employment statutory requirements
  • A self-starter who embraces change and challenges.
  • A hands-on contributor and a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Natural in attention to details.
  • Keen to try and brave through new frontiers.
