Oversee the hiring process, including job scoping, selection, and coordination of new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management systems, provide coaching to managers on performance issues, and manage performance reviews.
Compliance and Legal:
Ensure the organization complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations, and stay updated on any changes to employment laws.
Compensation and Benefits:
Administer benefits packages and provide expertise on compensation and benefits strategies.
HR Operations:
Manage payroll, maintain HR documentation, and oversee HR operations to ensure smooth processes.
Employee Development:
Coordinate professional development opportunities and implement training programs to enhance employee productivity.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven HR generalist experience
Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS)
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Strategic thinking and operational expertise
Able to communicate in English , Malay & Mandarin

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
