Open Position: HR Generalist (MNC Company)

An MNC company in Malaysia is looking for HR Generalist to join the team and be based in the Selangor office.

Key responsibilities include:

-Drives Human Resource activities and processes such as staffing, performance and rewards management, organizational effectiveness, employee coaching, development and communication, talent management, recruitment, organizational development and etc

-Initiates and leads innovative HR programs, and practices to drive employee satisfaction, career development and retention

-Defines, recommends and implements employee communication strategies, plans, policies and guidelines in accordance with company's business objectives, in order to sustain company's culture and enhance employees' engagement

-Manage and coordinate performance review, compensation planning, employee handbook, employee onboarding and etc

-Able to work independently together with critical thinking and strong leadership skills
