Job Description


Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Manage data uploads into the HRIS system, ensuring all required information is complete.\xc2\xb7 Audit data and transactions before and after uploads are done.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the payroll team to resolve any payroll issues and provide payroll information to authorized individuals as appropriate.\xc2\xb7 Manage and process client background check requests; collaborate with stakeholders on requirements and communicates to government bodies on any legal concerns.\xc2\xb7 Provide administrative and operational support to the HR department.\xc2\xb7 Draft communications and send letters, agreements, etc. to employees.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with HR/People Partners on employee-related tasks.\xc2\xb7 Work closely with statutory bodies in Malaysia when required.\xc2\xb7 Support special projects to drive process improvements and ad-hoc HR-related activities.Requirements:\xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 years of experience in HRM/HRD in a multinational company.\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English - both verbal and written.\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and logical thinker.\xc2\xb7 Experience working in Shared Services or supporting global colleagues.\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Workday, ServiceNow, or other HR systems.
