- Help resolve conflicts professionally and promptly
- Able to maintain or cultivate good working culture, and raise staff morale.
- Be the point of contact for all HR-related concerns
3. Payroll
- Attendance & Performance Monitoring
- Monitor staff attendance and punctuality
- Handle leave applications, MCs, and shift scheduling
- Support supervisors in performance tracking
- Collaborate with accounts/management to ensure accurate and timely payroll
4. Industry Relations
- Handle disciplinary processes with fairness and documentation
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HR
- Familiar with Malaysian labor law, HR practices & payroll processes
- Able to work independently, stay organized, and multitask under pressure
- Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English (written & spoken)
- Experience in eCommerce / digital marketing or retail industry is an advantages
