Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Able to communicate in Mandarin
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role,
preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Solid understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
