Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and personnel files.
Support the stamping, filing, and preparation of employment contracts and related documents.
Help draft and circulate HR-related communications to employees.
Assist in preparing and updating the company's organization chart.
Provide support during new hire orientations and onboarding programs.
Help coordinate HR administrative tasks and other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Learning Opportunities:
Hands-on exposure to HR operational processes.
Experience in employee engagement and onboarding activities.
Understanding of HR documentation and compliance procedures.
