This Position reports to: Region HR Leader, APAC - ELDS, ELSB/ELSP
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
The work model for the role is: hybrid.
This role reports to the Regional APAC HR Lead for EL Distribution Solutions, Smart Power & Smart Building, and will have an opportunity to work across 11 countries in APAC - Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, Australia, New Zealand. Main stakeholders are across three big divisions of Electrification Distribution Solutions, Smart Power & Smart Building.
You will be mainly accountable for:

• Collaborating with various teams to support ABB's operations, ensuring effective coordination and successful project completion within the defined timelines.
• Utilizing understanding of customers' needs and ABB's solutions to determine effective solutions for customers, ensuring successful project outcomes aligned with customer requirements.
• Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts.
• Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills.

Qualifications for the role

• You are immersed in / engaged in / absorbed in / highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with AI and other techy tools and have a curious mindset
• You have a passion for innovating solutions

• You are a good communicator, a self starter, and have a positive mindset
• You are good juggling multiple projects simultaneously and know how to manage your stress & workload
• Degree in / Have a demonstrated track record in / Extensive knowledge of / Proven experience of project management, time management, and people related activities
• You are at ease communicating in English
