Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, such as recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative support. This internship is an excellent opportunity to develop essential skills in HR while contributing to a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Recruitment Support:

Assist with job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Employee Onboarding:

Help prepare onboarding materials, assist in orientation sessions, and support new hires during their first days.

HR Administration:

Assist with maintaining and organizing employee records, filing, and data entry.

Employee Engagement:

Support HR initiatives for employee engagement activities, including surveys, events, and recognition programs.

Training & Development:

Assist in scheduling and coordinating training programs, workshops, and other employee development initiatives.

Compliance:

Help ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with local labor laws.

General HR Support:

Provide support for other HR projects and initiatives as needed, including preparing reports, assisting with employee communications, and handling routine inquiries.
