Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment(
talent sourcing)
through job portals, social media, and internal database
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities
Help maintain candidate records and recruitment reports
Perform general HR and administrative tasks as required
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields
Strong interest in
recruitment
and
talent acquisition
Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Positive attitude, willing to learn, and proactive
Able to commute daily to Kajang (KTM/MRT accessible)
