Job Description

Responsibilities:

Review and screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates for open positions. Arrange and coordinate interviews for shortlisted candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. Facilitate the onboarding process by organizing orientation sessions and assisting with new hire documentation. Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, employee benefits, and general HR matters. Assist in organizing employee engagement and well-being programs, such as festive celebrations and internal events. Coordinate internal training activities, including liaising with training providers and managing logistics. Support payroll processes through basic payroll calculations and manage medical-related arrangements.
Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva. Strong administrative and organizational abilities. Effective communication skills and the ability to engage well with employees across all levels. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling tasks.

Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
