Position Overview:

As an HR Intern focusing on general functions, you will support the full spectrum of HR activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive HR experience while directly impacting our team's success.

Responsibilities:

Assist with administrative work such as drafting letters, memos, etc. Create, maintain, and update employee records, including new hires, terminations, and status changes. Assist in processing monthly payroll and claims, ensuring accurate and timely payouts. Contribute to various HR projects and process improvements. Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by the superior/ management

Requirements:

Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply internship for up to 6 months Able to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills A valuable team player and able to work independently Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Possess own transport and willing to travel

Allowance: RM 1,000

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
