In this Role, you'll get to:
Onsite coordination of training and engagement activities
Prepare weekly recruitment, team and ER meeting minutes
Coordination of end-to-end offboarding process such as support in exit interview, email update to Ops team, admin and IT, preparing of acknowledgement of resignation email
Support on preparing knowledge article such as process flow, step by step system guide
Support on hiring process such as interview arrangements, candidate screening, onboarding email sent out to trainer.
Handle background checks, including further verification and reference check
Handling of Workday issues including supporting Ops team inquiry and coordinating with global SSC team on resolution
Handling internal movement such as issuing letter, communication to employees
Supporting employee enquiries on benefits topics, guiding them on system usage and knowledge hub
What you'll Need to Succeed
Undergraduate from a degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Self-motivated and possess can do attitude
Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good administrative and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills.
