Job Description

We\'re looking for a PPSC Intern to join our team. You will be based at our People Pulse Centre, Shah Alam. You will deliver phone and web chat support, provide positive customer experience to regional HR customers such as Managers and Employees by aiding with inquiries related to Human Resources using HR systems, service center technologies, and knowledge tools.

Key Responsibilities

First line of on People Pulse Portal and Workday. Advised on HR policies and processes.

Clerical tasks and assisting with daily tasks (files validation, electronic profiles management, documents preparations, update tracking files and to process HR request)

Fulfill tasks assigned by a supervisor.

Job shadowing.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma Actuarial Science, Business Admin, HR or Psychology.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required as you will provide support to our colleagues in Greater China.

Verbal communication and customer service skills.

Intermediate level in Excel.
