The RoleAs an HR Intern, you will provide support to the HR Manager in various HR functions and administrative tasks. You will play a vital role in executing HR processes efficiently and maintaining accurate records. Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Roles & Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.\xc2\xb7 Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and other HR documents.\xc2\xb7 Assist HR Manager to shop office use items such as stationery, snacks and beverages.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.\xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and claims.\xc2\xb7 Assist in organizing training programs and workshops.\xc2\xb7 Help in tracking training attendance and evaluations.\xc2\xb7 Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.\xc2\xb7 Help in addressing employee queries and minor concerns.\xc2\xb7 Contribute to maintaining a positive work culture.\xc2\xb7 Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.\xc2\xb7 Help in preparing HR-related documents for audits.\xc2\xb7 Assist to verify the OT payment, weekend allowance and other\xc2\xb7 Assist in any ad-hoc task as instructed by HR Manager and the management team.Ideal ProfileRequirements\xc2\xb7 A bachelor\'s degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with the Employment Act of 1955 is advantageous.\xc2\xb7 Candidate who have the intention to be convert into permanent will be prioritized\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated professionalism in handling private and confidential information.\xc2\xb7 Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Word Excel\xc2\xb7 Strong verbal communication skills.\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in both English and Malay languages.What\'s on Offer?
