What You'll Do

Support end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews). Build and maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate record-keeping. Communicate with candidates professionally via email, phone, or messaging. Contribute to HR projects and support day-to-day team operations.

What We're Looking For

Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Interest in recruitment, HR practices, and people management.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).

Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
