The position is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite, #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the Motion Business being based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. You will be mainly accountable for: xe2x80xa2 Reviewing Training and Developments policy. xe2x80xa2 Working out HRDC processes to give awareness to employees. xe2x80xa2 Supporting in engagement initiatives i.e. LCG Day. sports meeting, etc. xe2x80xa2 Moving from manual to e-process quarterly award recognition program. xe2x80xa2 Supporting with HRTP Program. xe2x80xa2 Encompassing and assisting various projects like employee engagement, culture building, any other local initiatives.Qualifications for the role

• Pursuing a Degree in HR, Psychology or Business.
• Good to have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• A zealous & quick learner and passionate about people.
• Independent, driven go-getter. Flexible team player.
• Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
