This job is an internship in Human Resources. Gain work experience in HR processes and projects, and receive training and guidance. You might like this job because of the opportunity to improve HR processes and the dynamic working culture environment.
What do you do?
The intern will be guided by a Compensation & Benefits team lead and will be involve in Human Resources spectrum such as Time Management, Employee Life Cycle and other HR ad-hoc project.
He/she will have the opportunity to take part in HR process improvement initiative

We're Looking For:
Currently completing Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, psychology, professional certificate or equivalent
Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be an added advantage
Minimum 12 weeks internship duration
Strong desire to learn
Good team player
