REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management.
  • Able to plan work meticulously and independently, follow up to ensure completeness of job assigned.
  • Knowledge in Malaysia Employment Act, labour law or other relevant regulation
  • Candidate must possess at least a CGPA of 3.0 and above.
  • Proficient in writing and communicating in Bahasa Melayu and English.
  • Required skill(s): Good team player and who is passionate to work with others.
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Support HR task filings/documentations and administrative functions as well as updating and maintenance of HR records.
  • Maintaining and regularly updating master database such as personal file and personal database.
  • Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters, documents, certificates as per requirement
  • Assist in recruitment.
  • Assist in special projects as and when required.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months Salary: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Education:
  • Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
