We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to join our Recruitment Team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in handling recruitment for both
Direct Labour (DL)
and
Indirect Labour (IDL)
positions, while supporting the overall hiring and onboarding process. This internship provides exposure to full-cycle recruitment and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
For Direct Labour (DL) Recruitment
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for operator, technician, and other shop-floor positions.
Coordinate with supervisors/line leaders to understand manpower needs.
Support in scheduling walk-in interviews and conducting initial screenings.
Manage documentation for new hires, including pre-employment requirements and contract issuance.
Update and maintain recruitment trackers for DL hiring.
For Indirect Labour (IDL) Recruitment
Post job advertisements for executive, engineering, and professional roles.
Assist in sourcing candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and databases.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Support phone screening and candidate assessments.
Assist with employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and campus hiring.
General Responsibilities
Ensure recruitment files, trackers, and candidate databases are updated.
Assist with onboarding and orientation activities.
Support HR administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Interest in learning both DL and IDL (office/professional) recruitment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in learning.
Looking for more than 4 - 6 months of internship durations.
Able to start December 2025.
