Reporting directly to the Senior HR, you will be responsible for implementing HR strategies to enhance the employee experience while supporting the overall strategic objectives of our business.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with various departments to ensure HR alignment with business goals.
Oversee employee relations, resolve conflicts and ensure a positive work environment.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
Ensure compliance with all local employment laws and company policies.
Analyse HR data and provide insights to support decision making.
Perform other duties as assigned
FULL REEQUITMENT
Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a human resources role.
Strong understanding of HR practices, policies and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset).
Ability to work under pressure and independently
