Job Responsibilities:



Liaising directly with clients as well as vendors. Process invoicing in accordance with established procedures and standards. Required to ensure each shipment generates the maximum contribution to the company by keeping constant focus on meeting the required service level at the lowest possible cost. Maintain and file all records in accordance with company procedure. Constantly review working processes with vendors to ensure best practice, but also that fees charged are on line with competitors. Assist the sales team with quotations and client / product knowledge. Require to produce reports and statistics for meeting schedule update.

JOB REQUIREMENT:



Fresh graduate welcome to apply. At least 3 years experience and knowledge in shipping agency. Minimum STPM or Diploma Able to speak in Mandarin as you need to communicate with China client. Good command in English - both written and spoken. Ability to work under pressure and independently Computer skills - experience with MS office
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,940.84 - RM4,499.32 per month
