• Completed degree and with less than 1 year of full-time working experience
• Proven leadership skills in assuming multiple leadership positions in curricular activities & driven to achieve goals and deliver outcomes
• Passionate about developing a career in HR
• Problem solver with strong systems thinking skills
• Creative & critical thinker with an open mind and high learning agility
• Adventurous, entrepreneurial & possess experimental mindset
• Effective teammate with strong communication & interpersonal skills
