Company Background
We are representing a well-established client in the hospitality industry located in Sungai Long, looking to hire HR Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resources functions, including:
- Recruiting and onboarding new employees.
- Managing payroll functions.
- Handling employee relations and performance management
- Developing and implementing HR policies
- Administering compensation and benefits
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Developing initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
- Serving as a crucial link between employees and management.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in HR, including leadership or specialized areas.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Proven ability in recruitment, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)
