Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Oversee and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
Handle industrial relations and employee relations effectively
Engage with stakeholders at all levels to support HR initiatives
Implement and communicate HR programs that foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
Demonstrate resilience, a solution-oriented mindset, and a strong sense of urgency in addressing HR matters
