Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Lead full-cycle recruitment for restaurant and corporate roles. Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract and retain top F&B talent. Manage onboarding, orientation, and workforce planning for new outlets.

Payroll & HR Operations

Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.). Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems. Ensure smooth and compliant HR operations across all outlets.

Industrial Relations (IR) & Compliance

Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies. Prepare HR reports and advise management on IR-related matters.

Strategic HR Management

Partner with management to align HR strategies with the company's business goals. Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance initiatives. Support manpower planning and HR framework setup for the upcoming Singapore branch.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in

Human Resource Management, Business Administration

, or a related field.

6-10 years

of hands-on HR experience, preferably in the

F&B industry

. Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices. Proven experience in

recruitment, payroll administration, and industrial relations

. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and under tight deadlines.

Malaysian Chinese

candidates are preferred due to language and operational requirements. Based in

Kuala Lumpur

, with willingness to travel occasionally to

Johor

and

Singapore

for business purposes.
