Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

HR Manager

to lead the full spectrum of Human Resources in a fast-paced event industry environment. This role covers strategic planning and hands-on HR management, ensuring that our people strategies align with business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Staffing

- Drive end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning to support organizational needs.

Employee Relations

- Act as the first point of contact for staff issues, foster a positive culture, and handle grievances or disciplinary matters in line with Malaysian employment law.

Payroll & Compensation

- Oversee monthly payroll processing with accuracy and confidentiality. Manage salary structures, benefits administration, and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, MTD).

Performance Management

- Oversee appraisal systems, support managers with KPIs, and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity.

Training & Development

- Identify training needs, design development programs, and monitor effectiveness to support employee growth.

Compensation & Benefits

- Manage payroll, salary structures, and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS), while reviewing benefits to remain competitive.

Policy & Compliance

- Develop and update HR policies, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure full compliance with local labor laws.

Strategic HR Planning

- Partner with management on workforce planning, provide HR analytics, and drive organizational development initiatives.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field . 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, including 2-3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law and HR best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
