Degree in Human Resource / Business Admin or related field
Minimum 5 years of HR experience (F&B / catering industry advantage)
Strong knowledge of Malaysia labour laws
Solid experience in recruitment & people management
Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and handle fast-paced environments
Responsible, organised, and proactive

TSL Catering is expanding, and we are looking for a strong, hands-on HR Manager to lead our Human Resource functions. If you have solid HR experience, enjoy working with people, and can manage a fast-paced environment - we want you on our team!
Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions (recruitment, training, payroll, IR/ER, performance management)
Develop HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines to support company growth
Oversee recruitment planning and ensure manpower needs are met on time
Manage employee relations, handle disciplinary matters & conflict resolution
Plan and coordinate training & development programs
Ensure compliance with Malaysia labour laws and statutory requirements
Handle payroll matters, attendance management & HR documentation
Lead HR initiatives to improve culture, engagement, and retention
Support management in HR strategy and decision-making
