Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a dynamic or SME environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, performance evaluation, training & development, and employee relations.
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies that align with company objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process - from manpower planning to onboarding.
• Provide guidance to management on HR best practices and labour law compliance.
• Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
• Handle disciplinary and grievance matters with professionalism and fairness.
• Support management in organizational structure, manpower planning, and leadership development.
