Finance & HR Manager

to support their operations in Malaysia.

Job Overview:

To oversee all human resources operations in a dynamic organization. You will play a crucial role in shaping company policies, driving employee engagement, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices. Address employee relations issues, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive, collaborative work culture. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract and retain top talent. Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with HR-related regulations. Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives. Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and employee documentation. Plan and execute employee engagement, well-being, and training programs.

What We're Looking For:

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least

5 years of experience in HR

, with a minimum of

2 years in a managerial role

(strong candidates with slightly less experience but high potential are encouraged to apply). Solid understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR compliance requirements. Proficiency with HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
