We are now looking for a motivated HR Manager to join our team in Malaysia and play a key role in building and supporting our global talent base while ensuring smooth office operations in the Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a tremendous passion for professional growth in a team environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Talent Acquisition:
Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment efforts to support the growth and expansion of the Malaysia office.
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top local and regional talent.
Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
Training & Development:
Design, implement and manage a comprehensive training and development plan aligned with business goals.
Identify training needs across departments, with a strong emphasis on sales performance enhancement and soft skills development.
Conduct and facilitate in-house training sessions, onboarding programs and continuous learning initiatives.
Office & People Operations:
Oversee day-to-day office management and act as the primary HR contact.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives.
Support payroll, benefits administration, and HR documentation for employees.
Resolve employee issues and grievances in a professional and timely manner.
HR Strategy & Global Support:
Collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR policies and practices across international offices.
Provide guidance on workforce planning, retention strategies and organizational development.
Act as a bridge between the office and global HR functions to ensure consistency and alignment.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree (required)
Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management, with strong exposure to talent acquisition and training.
Familiarity with global recruitment practices and multi-region HR compliance.
Excellent knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
Fluent in English (other languages are an advantage). Chinese or Mandarin speaker is must.
