*Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions

*Lead HR planning, organizational development, and talent management

*Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations

*Support management in workforce planning and HR decision-making

Requirements | ????

*Must be able to speak, read and write Chinese

*Degree in HR Management or related field

*Minimum 3-5 years HR experience (managerial experience preferred)

*Good knowledge of labor laws and HR practices

*Strong communication, problem-solving, and people-management skills

*High level of responsibility, professionalism, and confidentiality

*Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
