Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, performance management, and employee relations. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company objectives and legal requirements. Partner with department heads to identify manpower needs and ensure effective workforce planning. Manage employee engagement initiatives, welfare programs, and retention strategies. Handle disciplinary matters and grievance resolutions with fairness and confidentiality. Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD Corp, etc.). Lead talent development, appraisals, and succession planning processes. Prepare and present HR reports to management on workforce trends, turnover, and KPIs.

Requirements:



Minimum

5 years of HR experience

, with at least

2 years in a managerial role

. Strong knowledge of

Malaysian labour law

and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Able to maintain confidentiality, fairness, and professionalism at all times. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems/software. Experience in

hospitality, service, or retail industry

is an added advantage.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
