Effectively manage recruitment and hiring process to ensure the right talent for the right job in a timely manner.
To actively manage and administer the Industrial Relation (IR), disciplinary issue and all other related activities to sustain strong industrial harmony including the handling of all matters relating to the Collective Agreement and Union matters.
Partnering with the Training Unit for ongoing personal development programme for leaders.
Engage all internal stake-holders on matters pertaining to employee relations and industrial relations.
Responsible to provide coaching to subordinates.
To organize and handle employee medical examination on yearly basis following the internal (Company) and external (OSHA) regulatory requirement.
To manage all new HR related projects and initiatives and all other tasks as and when required by the management.
