Job Description
The HR Manager will lead the Human Resources department, focusing on strategic planning, employee engagement, and compliance in the Professional Services industry. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur and requires a proactive approach to managing HR operations effectively.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.

- Experience in Learning & Development (L&D), with a strong understanding of business training needs and the ability to collaborate effectively with external training providers.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams effectively to achieve organizational goals.
