Manage the full spectrum of the HR portfolio which includes the overall implementation of HRSystems, Policies and Procedures, cost management, resource planning and recruitment, performance management system, compensation and benefits, employee attraction and retention strategy as well as providing the necessary leadership and support in managing day-to-day HR issues.

Job Responsibilities
? Align HR strategies and plans to Bee Same's Group business direction and growth.
? Develop and lead initiatives to attract, develop and retain talent in the organization.
? Manage HR costs within budget allocation, balancing between priorities in the various departments.
? Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure staff and statutory compliance.
? Lead and develop the HR team to a high level of competence to deliver high quality HR services to all business units.
? Lead manpower-planning exercises and work closely with HODs for effective manpower strategy and planning.
? Work with Hiring Managers to source, select and recommend the appointment of executive and managerial staff.
? Work closely with HODs and Managers to implement the Performance Management System effectively throughout the organization. Provide support, guidance and coaching to ensure the system is well understood and practised.
? Plan and coordinate training programs, ensuring employees' skills match business need.
? Conduct on-boarding and integration programmes for staff and monitor Hiring Manager's integration efforts. Get feedback from new hires on how well they are integrated into the department and organization.
? Train and coach Managers on managing HR systems and processes including handling people issues.
? Resolve staff grievances and issues expediently to minimize labour issues.
? Prepare and review HR reports. Analyse, identify and highlight areas of concerns. Recommend, implement and review effectiveness of actions taken.

Qualifications and Experience
Has a Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent with at least 7 years of relevant experience in human resource management and/or development preferably, in a professional services industry and with at least 3 years of managerial experience.
