- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in related field.
- Experience in HR functions is highly preferred.
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin
- Mandarin speaker is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Have experience in IT industry will be preferable
- Restructure and improve company workflow for better efficiency.
- Advise the Director on business matters, not limited to IT company operations.
- Handle the full spectrum of HR functions including:
- Recruitment & onboarding
- Leave & attendance management
- Payroll support
- Staff records management
- Draft HR letters, policies, and maintain an accurate employee database.
- Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement programs.
- Support general administration tasks such as office supplies, documentation, filing, and correspondence.
- Liaise with government authorities on statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, HRDF).
